Does my video have to be positive?
No. Say what you honestly think. Show the kit clearly and talk about it — that’s all we ask.
What counts?
A public TikTok posted after your order arrived that shows the jerseys or our website, with zorrojerseys.com clearly on screen and in the caption, tagging @zorrojersey. Film it however you like. One video per order. Your TikTok account is linked to your order email. Every video gets a quick look from our team before the first reward.
How do levels work?
Each level needs the views, likes, shares and saves shown — read from your video’s public numbers. We follow them for 30 days after you post; a dip never takes a level back. The first $5 (Posted) is added once our team has looked at your video and it’s been up for 48 hours. The bigger levels (Hot and up) get a quick check from us before they’re added.
How do I get my rewards?
Once our team has seen your video, every level it reaches adds money to your rewards balance — one balance, one code, emailed to you. Use it at checkout: it comes off your whole order, shipping included, and whatever you don’t use stays on your balance for next time. Each reward is good for 90 days from when you earn it.
How do I use my balance?
At checkout, enter your code. It comes off your whole order, shipping included; if your order costs less than your balance, the rest stays for next time. If your balance covers everything, your order is free. Your code only works with the email it was sent to, and it can’t be combined with another code on the same order.
Does my balance expire?
Each reward is good for 90 days from the day you earn it, and your oldest rewards are used first.
What if I cancel an order I used my balance on?
The amount goes straight back on your balance.
What if I delete the video?
Keep it up. If it’s deleted or set to private, it stops earning and what it earned that you haven’t used yet is paused. Put it back up (public) and it comes back on your balance.
