During the holidays we ha d a postal strike and so i was worried that jerseys would not be delivered in time for Christmas, I contacted customer service and they made other delivery arrangements and I got the items in time.

This is my second mystery box purchase. I purchased 2 boxes, one for each son (ages 16 and 21). They jerseys were the perfect size AND they were great jerseys-a 2023 Club America and a 2013 Barca. There were also extras in the boxes like socks and stickers. I really loved the customer service. I ordered 2 mediums and they sent me a medium and a large with a note that said the large fit like a medium. They were spot on. My son said, "Mom, I usually wear a size medium but this large is perfect. Wonderful customer service!! I highly recommend mystery box jerseys.
